Good Afternoon!  Those Callaways report that the total Short Sale properties on the Arizona Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) available for sale is 11,165. Of these, there are 1355 properties in the Northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale areas.  The total properties pending and in escrow are 2723.  Of these, there are 329 properties pending and in escrow in the Northeast Phoenix/Scottsdale areas.
